From the founder

Aerospace engineering for your solar planning.

As a graduate engineer from TU Dresden (aerospace engineering) I researched energy systems on satellites and rovers — photovoltaics among them. That expertise is built into the SKYMODEL planning tool today.

In aerospace, simulations play an even bigger role than in terrestrial PV projects. Through strong partnerships — for example with AIKO Solar — we developed highly precise simulations, e.g. for partial shading.
